RECIPES ARONIA BERRY

Aronia Apple Crisp
Topping
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup chopped nuts
6 Tbsps white sugar
6 Tbsps brownish sugar
¾ cup (1 1/2 sticks) cold butter, cut into small pieces

Filling
6 glasses sliced, peeled apples
2 glasses aronia berrys
1/3 cup red orange juice
1 ½ Tbsps all-purpose flour
2 Tbsps white sugar

Directions:   Pre-heat range to 375 levels degrees.  Prepare leading, mixing flour, oatmeal, nuts, white sugar  and brownish sugar.  Add butter and use a treat divider or your hands to incorporate until combination appears like harsh food crumbs.  Combine ingredients for stuffing in a 2 qt. cooking dish; spread with leading combination.  Prepare 45 min. or until brownish and fruit is soft.  (If the top is browned but the apple are not quite soft, cover with aluminum foil and bake another 10 min. until the fruit is soft.)  Cool or serve warm with ice cream.  Provides 8.
